German-Rwanda Writing Competition in English

This writing competition is an exchange between Germany and Rwanda. We are collecting writings from people from Rwanda and Germany. Some texts (writings) will be chosen to be printed in a little book that probably ALL participants will get. In the book we will also have some information about the two countries.

The idea of the project is to have an exchange between the two countries and to give people from both countries the chance to share their writings and to read about other places, families and read the stories from people from their own country and the other side of the world.
Prizes will also be given to winning participants. Age doesn`t matter, everybody should feel free to write and participate!
So take some pen and paper, rules are simple:

•Type: Poems, Songs, Short-stories, Fictions, and others

• Length: Up to 3 pages in maximum

• Language: English

• External help is not allowed; you have to write it yourself.

• Deadline: July 1st, 2013

• Submissions: send it to windbernburg@hotmail.de or info@isarofoundation.org

• Include your names, age and contacts in your submission

The project is organized by the WinD-team Bernburg in partnership with the Isaro Foundation

Good Luck!
